Other Operational Matters. 8.1 CenturyLink will provide provisioning intervals and procedures for design and complex services on a nondiscriminatory basis. Complex service orders charges pursuant to tariff terms may apply. 8.2 Where technically feasible, CenturyLink’s ordering center will coordinate support for all designed and/or complex resale services provided to QuantumShift. 8.3 CenturyLink will provide the functionality of blocking calls (e.g., 900, 976, international calls, and third-party or collect calls) by line or trunk on an individual switching element basis, to the extent that CenturyLink provides such blocking capabilities to its End User Customers and to other CLECs, but only to the extent required by Applicable Law. 8.4 When ordering a resale service via an LSR service order, QuantumShift may order separate interLATA and intraLATA service providers (i.e., two PICs) on a line or trunk basis, and QuantumShift agrees to pay the applicable service order and PIC charges associated with such order. CenturyLink will accept PIC change orders for intraLATA toll and long distance services through the service provisioning process. 8.5 CenturyLink’s retail sales and marketing personnel will not have access to information regarding QuantumShift’s requests for resold services or other competitively sensitive information.
