Other Organizational Structures. The presently constituted organizations within the University, i.e., the University Senate or any other similar body composed in whole or in part of the faculty, will continue to function at the University, provided that the actions thereof may not directly or indirectly repeal, rescind, or otherwise modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
