Other Party's Equipment. IXC shall be required to exercise reasonable care with respect to any equipment located in any of IXC's POPs or any portion or component thereof. IXC shall promptly notify PSINet of any matters pertaining to damage or impending damage, or loss of any portion of the Available System that are known to it, which may adversely affect PSINet's use of the PSINet IRU or the IRU Capacity.
