Other Party’s Interference Clause Samples
The "Other Party’s Interference" clause defines the obligations and remedies related to one party's actions that disrupt or hinder the other party's ability to perform under the contract. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes interference, such as obstructing access to necessary resources, providing misleading information, or otherwise impeding contractual duties. By clearly identifying and prohibiting such interference, the clause helps ensure that each party can fulfill their responsibilities without undue obstruction, thereby reducing disputes and maintaining smooth contract performance.
