Common use of Other Patents and Copyrights Clause in Contracts

Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex M or N hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex M or Annex N hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

Within 30 45 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, Patent or of filing of an application for a United States Patent Patent, and within 30 days of registration of a Copyright or of filing of an application for a Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex L or M or N hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

Within 30 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor Grantor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such AssignorGrantor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex M or N hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy notification describing the acquisition, issuance, filing or registration of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex M K or N Annex L hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

Within 30 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Third-Lien Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Third-Lien Collateral Agent and at the expense of such the Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex M or N hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Third-Lien Collateral Agent.

Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 25 days (or, in the case of the Patents, 60 days), of an acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of a filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall shall, at its expense, deliver to the Collateral Agent (i) a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with ; and (ii) a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interestAgent, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex M or N hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 60 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Material Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Material Patent or Material Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent PBGC a copy of said Material Copyright or Material Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Material Patent or Material Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent PBGC and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex M or N hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral AgentPBGC.

Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent or filing of an application for a United States Patent, registration or within 30 days of a Copyright, the acquisition or acquisition issuance of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex M K or N L hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the First-Lien Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the First-Lien Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex M or N hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the First-Lien Collateral Agent.

Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 60 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, or 20 days of registration of a Copyright, United States Copyright or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex M or N hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the First-Lien Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application appli-cation therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the First-Lien Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially substan-tially in the form of Annex M or N hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably reason-ably satisfactory to the First-Lien Collateral Agent.

Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex L or Annex M or N hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

Within 30 days 25 days, (or, in the case of the patents, 60 days), of an acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of a filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall shall, at its expense, deliver to the Collateral Agent (i) a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with ; and (ii) a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interestAgent, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex M or N hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

Other Patents and Copyrights. Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a United States Copyright, or acquisition of a registered United States Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or United States Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, said Patents, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to in such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex M G or N H hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Second-Lien Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Second-Lien Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex M or N hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Second-Lien Collateral Agent.
