Common use of Other Patents and Copyrights Clause in Contracts

Other Patents and Copyrights. At the end of each calendar quarter following the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex I or J hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
