Other Payment. REQUIREMENTS No payment is due for leave days, for days on which treatment is not provided, or for days on which the patient is absent from treatment (whether excused or unexcused). The SUDRF must identify those days when claiming reimbursement.
Other Payment. We will pay the Proceeds in any other manner that may be mutually agreed upon. AVAILABILITY No Option may be selected unless the amount to be applied is more than $2,000 and will provide an installment payment of at least $20. Unless We consent, these Options will not be available if the payee is an assignee, administrator, executor, trustee, association, partnership or corporation. ADDITIONAL INTEREST At our discretion, additional interest may be declared annually on all Payment Options. This interest will lengthen the period under Option 2, and increase the installment amounts under Options 3 and 4.
Other Payment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that (i) this Agreement is terminated by Parent or the Company pursuant to Section 7.1(b) or 7.1(c); provided, with respect to Section 7.1(c) solely to the extent such order, decree or ruling or other action is based on an action or proceeding brought by a Governmental Entity under Legal Requirements relating to antitrust or competition, and (ii) all of the conditions set forth in Section 6.1 are satisfied (other than (A) Sections 6.1(a), 6.1(c) 6.1(e) and 6.1(f); provided with respect to Section 6.1(c), solely to the extent the existence of such statute, rule, regulation, executive order, decree, injunction or other order is based upon Legal Requirements relating to antitrust or competition enforced by, or in an action or proceeding brought by, a Governmental Entity or (B) the failure of any of the conditions in Section 6.1 to be satisfied having been caused by the action or failure to act of Parent and such action or failure to act constitutes a material breach of this Agreement) and Section 6.3 (other than Section 6.3(d)) are satisfied, Parent shall promptly, but in no event later than three business days after the date of such termination, pay the Company a fee equal to $60,000,000 in immediately available funds, which $60,000,000 fee shall be the exclusive termination fee payable by Parent in such case and no Parent Termination Fee shall be payable pursuant to clause (1) or (2) of Section 7.3(b)(ii).
Other Payment. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, upon receipt of any written notice from Seller or Buyer claiming the Deposit pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, Escrowee shall promptly forward a copy thereof to the other party and, unless such other party within ten (10) days thereafter notifies Escrowee of any objection to such request for the disbursement of the Deposit, Escrowee shall disburse the Deposit to the party demanding the same and Escrowee shall thereupon be released and discharged from any further duty or obligation under this Agreement.
Other Payment. Any annual benefit payments that the Executive receives pursuant to this Agreement shall be in addition to payments she receives pursuant to any other agreements or arrangement she has with the Company.
Other Payment. (a) Unit members shall receive a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) per month uniform allowance commencing with the thirteenth (13th) month of employment.
(b) Effective July 1, 2006, unit members shall receive a Sixty Dollar ($60.00) per month uniform allowance commencing with the thirteenth (13th) month of employment.

Other Payment. If Executive is not elected by the Board of Directors of Employer to the position and responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operating Officer of Employer, or its successor, within eighteen (18) months from the Date of Employment and Executive shall have been continuously employed by Employer during that period of time, Employer shall pay Executive One Million Dollars ($1,000,000), to be payable either in a lump sum or in installments, as Employer and Executive mutually determine.
Other Payment. 6.1 All fees and charges arising during the actual operation period (including fees for water and electricity usage) shall be paid by Party B at its own cost to the concerned agencies on the basis of monthly actual usage.
6.2 Party B shall pay the telephone installation fee and telephone charges to the Telecommunication Bureau at its own cost.
6.3 Guangzhou Huigao Property Management Co., Ltd is responsible for the property management of the leasehold. After signing of this supplement contract, Party B shall register use of property to the management office of this mansion and sign a Property Management Contract. A monthly management fee of 16 Yuan per square meter shall be paid directly to Management Company (standards and scope of property management service are detailed in Property Management Contract).
6.4 Each party shall be responsible for stamp tax and registration fee occurred related to this supplement contract respectively according to the government regulations.
Other Payment. The AbCellera Compensation Committee has approved a one-time payment in the amount of $173,710 USD to be paid directly to you. This amount reflects the acceleration of vesting on one-quarter of the RSUs awarded to you in December 2021 (equal to 17,182) paid in cash using the June 29, 0222 end of day trading price of $10.11 USD. This payment is taxable and will paid to you within sixty (60) days of acceptance of this entire Agreement.
