Other Payments of Awards. Except as expressly set forth in sections 3(d) and 3(h), nothing contained in this Agreement will be deemed in any way to limit or restrict the Company from making any award or payment to any person under any other plan, arrangement or understanding, whether now existing or hereafter in effect.
