Other Permissible Uses and Disclosures. Except as otherwise limited in this Addendum or the Terms of Service, Business Associate may use Protected Health Information to: (i) provide Data Aggregation services for Covered Entity’s health care operations; (ii) create Limited Data Sets; and (iii) create De-Identified Information. De- Identified information does not constitute Protected Health Information and is not subject to the terms of this Addendum.
