Other Plan Law. Any State, local, Federal or non-U.S. laws or regulations that are substantially similar to the prohibited transaction provisions of ERISA or Section 4975 of the Code.
Related to Other Plan Law
State Law This Agreement is made under, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Connecticut.
Texas Law This Agreement has been made under and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Foreign Law Each Guarantor has consulted with appropriate foreign legal counsel with respect to any of the above representations for which non-U.S. law is applicable. Such foreign counsel have advised each applicable Guarantor that such counsel knows of no reason why any of the above representations would not be true and accurate. Such foreign counsel were provided with copies of this Subsidiary Guarantee and the Transaction Documents prior to rendering their advice.
Application of Delaware Law This Agreement, and the application of interpretation hereof, shall be governed exclusively by its terms and by the laws of the State of Delaware, and specifically the Delaware Act.
