Other Pledged Indebtedness. Your security interest in each instrument evidencing Pledged Indebtedness constituting Investments permitted by Section 7.8 shall be perfected by delivery to you of such instrument in bearer form or endorsed in blank, by delivery of such instrument to another Person acceptable to you as your pledgeholder, or by such other method as you may in your sole discretion approve.
