Common use of Other Post-Closing Covenant Clause in Contracts

Other Post-Closing Covenant. If, on or prior to the date of this Agreement, any Shareholder of the Company is granted any privileges and/or rights under any agreements other than the Transaction Documents, the Series B Investors, the Series B+ Investors, the Series C Investors, the Series D Investors, the Series E Investors and the Series F Investors shall automatically be granted the same privileges and/or rights pari passu with such Shareholder of the Company.
