OTHER PROFESSIONALS AND EXPERTS. With respect to any event of default under this Agreement, SYSTRAN in its sole discretion may retain accountants, auditors, appraisers and other experts and the Customer agrees to pay the professional fees, expert fees and all other fees and costs reasonably and actually incurred in connection with the services provided.
