Other Programming. At any given time, the number of Programs (or in the case of Television Series, episodes thereof) available on the SVOD Standalone Licensed Service or any SVOD Enhancement Licensed Service cannot exceed thirty-three percent (33%) of the total number of programs available on such services.
Other Programming. At any given time, the number of Program episodes available on the FOD/AVOD Catch-Up Licensed Service cannot exceed thirty-three percent (33%) of the total number of programs available on such services.
Other Programming. Company shall have the right to suggest Content for the Block that is not Children’s Programming, including without limitation “specials” and teen programming (collectively “Other Programming”). The CW will consider in good faith such Other Programming suggested by Company. Any such Other Programming shall be subject to the prior written approval of The CW. If The CW approves such Other Programming for the Block, the commercial inventory split for such Other Programming shall be as set forth in paragraph 4.a. above and the split of national Commercial Proceeds from such Other Programming shall be as set forth herein in paragraph 4.a. above.
Other Programming. Executive Producer Fees and other ----------------- compensation for additional programming not specifically provided for in Sections 3.2(a)-(g) above shall be negotiated in good faith and be commensurate with industry standards for producers of Executive's stature.

IMG acknowledges and agrees that other clients of OlympuSAT, including programmers and program suppliers which may compete with IMG, may also be purchasing services similar to those contemplated by this Agreement from OlympuSAT. IMG agrees that it shall have no claim whatsoever against OlympuSAT or any Affiliate System with respect to the distribution of any programming other than the IMG Network Signal, nor any right to restrict in any manner the distribution of any such programming by OlympuSAT or any Affiliate System, whether or not such programming is competitive with programming contained in the IMG Network Signal or any other activities or products of IMG.

X Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Finance Academy students, whether enrolled in this program or not, will have the opportunity to participate in additional academic enhancement opportunities from time to time, including but not limited to Freshman-for-a Day mentoring visits to the UNIVERSITY, joint meetings at least once each semester between the X. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Finance Academy student business clubs and the UNIVERSITY business related clubs, and a summer entrepreneurship academy/camp. Some programs may require additional fees and would be subject to a separate agreement.
B. From time to time, X Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Finance Academy faculty member will have the opportunity for professional development provided by UNIVERSITY faculty.
C. UNIVERSITY School of Business faculty members will visit X. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Finance Academy classes each semester upon request and as coordinated with UNIVERSITY xxxx of the School of Business for instruction, marketing, promotion, and development.

ICP and AOL (to the extent its participation is required) shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Stars Online Area to include content which will be suitable for links to and from the following channels: . Kids Channel -- ICP shall produce and manage kids programming and content, subject to the terms and conditions of the Kids Channel.
