Common use of Other Property of the Employer Clause in Contracts

Other Property of the Employer. Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason or the termination of the Employee’s employment with the Employer for any reason, the Employee will also immediately surrender to the Employer all other property of the Employer in the Employee’s possession or control including, without limitation, demonstrator vehicles (except as provided in paragraph 6(b) above), credit cards, keys and/or entry cards, and cell phones.
