OTHER PROPERTY PROVISION. All income, earnings, assets, or other property acquired by either Spouse after the date of this Agreement shall be the separate property of the Spouse acquiring them, and each Spouse disclaims and waives any and all rights and interest in each asset acquired by the other after that date.
