Other Property Related Agreements. A default or event of default occurs, by any party thereto, under any of the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership, the Oil and Gas Lease or the Redevelopment Agreement, which default remains uncured beyond applicable grace and/or cure periods provided thereby, or any of the foregoing is modified in any matter whatsoever, without the prior written consent of Mortgagee, or is terminated for any reason whatsoever.
