Common use of Other Proposals Clause in Contracts

Other Proposals. During the term of this Agreement, each school year, either party may negotiate any current Agreement language changes to provisions in Articles I through IV. In addition to Article VI, Section 1, Salary Schedule, either party may make up to seven proposals related to working conditions and/or compensation of the Members of the Bargaining Unit or the language of this Agreement. Nothing shall compel either party to agree to reopen or renegotiate the Agreement except as provided for in this Agreement.
