Limitation on Warranties Client and Spirent agree that the services are provided “as is” and “as available” and that Spirent makes no warranty as to the services. Spirent disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All of my obligations under Section 3 regarding the transfer, successors in interest, or assignment of Granted Claims will be satisfied if I notify the transferee or assignee of any patent that I know contains Granted Claims of the obligations under Section 3. Nothing in this Agreement requires me to undertake a patent search.
