Other Provisions Applicable to Adjustments. The following provisions shall be applicable to the making of adjustments to the Exercise Price and the number of Ordinary Shares for which each Warrant is exercisable under this Section 4.1:β (i) When Adjustments Are to be Made. The adjustments required by Sections 4.1(a), 4.1(b), 4.1(c), 4.1(d) and 4.1(e) shall be made whenever and as often as any specified event requiring an adjustment shall occur.
