Other Provisions Applicable to Transfers. No assignment or subletting shall be deemed to modify any provision of this Lease, with respect to permitted or restricted uses of the Premises or otherwise, unless Landlord then agrees otherwise in writing in its absolute discretion. Tenant shall promptly furnish Landlord with a copy of each executed assignment or sublease, and with copies of any supplements or modifications thereto which may be executed from time to time.
