Common use of Other Provisions of this Arbitration Agreement Clause in Contracts

Other Provisions of this Arbitration Agreement. This Arbitration Agreement contains the complete agreement between the parties regarding the subjects covered in it and supersedes any prior or inconsistent agreements that might exist between Employee and Employer as to the subjects addressed herein. This Arbitration Agreement can be modified only by an express written agreement signed by Employee and an authorized Legal Representative for Employer. This Arbitration Agreement shall survive the termination of Employee’s employment.
