OTHER PROVISIONS Section 1. Mileage Reimbursement. A. The Employer shall reimburse employees for the use of their personal automobile while on company business, at the rate of the Internal Revenue Service non-taxable mileage allowances, subject to the eligibility requirements outlined in this section. B. An employee's personal automobile shall be used for Company business only, at the direction of the employee's supervisor and with the employee's approval. Under no circumstances shall an employee's personal automobile be utilized to transport patients. C. The Employer shall not provide insurance for the employee's personal automobile and shall not be liable for any claims arising out of operation of the employee's personal automobile. D. Mileage reimbursement shall not be provided to employees for their customary drive to and from work. E. For an employee regularly assigned to work at more than one (1) facility, the customary drive to and from work shall refer to the distance between home and the facility to which the employee is normally assigned. Mileage reimbursement shall be paid for any difference between the employee's customary drive to and from work and his/her drive to another facility, as assigned by the supervisor.
