Other Provisions with respect to Termination. 13.3.1 For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that termination of this Agreement shall not in any event prejudice any liability of any Party that may have accrued prior to the effective date of termination including the obligation of the Consumer to pay any amounts to the SPO under any Monthly Xxxx together with Late Payment Surcharge, if any or any other amounts due and payable as per the terms of this Agreement.
