Other Public and Private Schools. Experience related to the position which is to be assigned shall be credited on a year-to-year basis. A school year shall be defined as 75 percent of the teaching days within each year. A long term substitute teacher, who qualified with respect to the required number of days constituting a school year, may receive credit on the schedule in the same manner as a regular teacher.
