Common use of Other Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Other Purchasers. The Company has not entered into any side letter or similar agreement with any Other Purchaser in connection with such Other Purchaser’s direct or indirect investment in the Company other than the applicable Other Subscription Agreement. Each Other Purchaser will enter into the applicable Other Subscription Agreement and no other side letters or similar agreements with respect to its investment in the shares of Common Stock in connection with the Offering. Each Other Subscription Agreement is in the same form and contains the same terms and provisions as this Agreement.

Other Purchasers. The Company has not entered into any side letter or similar other agreement with any Other Purchaser in connection with such Other Purchaser’s direct or indirect investment in the Company other than the applicable Other Subscription Agreement. Each Other Purchaser will enter into the applicable Other Subscription Agreement and no other side letters or similar agreements with respect to its investment in the shares of Common Stock in connection with Officering other than this Agreement, the Offering. Each Other Subscription Agreement is in Agreements and the same form and contains Transaction Documents. The Other Subscription Agreements are on substantially the same terms and provisions as this Agreement.
