Common use of Other Redemption Procedures Clause in Contracts

Other Redemption Procedures. The Sponsor from time to time may, but shall have no obligation to, establish procedures with respect to redemption of Units in (i) lot sizes smaller than the Redemption Basket, (ii) permitting the Redemption Distribution to be in a form, and delivered in a manner, other than that specified in Section 8.1, and (iii) for redemptions deemed necessary, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, to comply with applicable law, rule, regulation or policy.

Other Redemption Procedures. The Sponsor from time to time may, but shall have no obligation to, establish procedures with respect to redemption of Units Limited Shares in (i) lot sizes smaller than the Redemption Basket, (ii) Basket and permitting the Redemption Distribution to be in a form, and delivered in a manner, other than that specified in Section 8.1, and (iii) for redemptions deemed necessary, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, to comply with applicable law, rule, regulation or policy7.1.

Other Redemption Procedures. The Sponsor from time to time may, but shall have no obligation to, establish procedures with respect to redemption of Units Shares in (i) lot sizes smaller than the Redemption Basket, (ii) Basket and permitting the Redemption Distribution to be in a form, and delivered in a manner, other than that specified in Section 8.1, and (iii) for redemptions deemed necessary, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, to comply with applicable law, rule, regulation or policy9.01.

The Sponsor or its delegates from time to time may, but shall have no obligation to, establish procedures with respect to redemption of Units Shares in (i) lot sizes smaller than the a Redemption Basket, (ii) Basket and permitting the Redemption Distribution redemption distribution to be in a form, and delivered in a manner, manner other than that specified in Section 8.1, and (iii) for redemptions deemed necessary, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, to comply with applicable law, rule, regulation or policyherein.

The Sponsor from time to time may, but shall have no obligation to, establish procedures with respect to redemption of Units Baskets of Shares in (i) lot sizes smaller than the Redemption Basket, (ii) Unit and permitting the Redemption Distribution to be in a form, and delivered in a manner, other than that specified in Section 8.1, and (iii) for redemptions deemed necessary, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, to comply with applicable law, rule, regulation or policythis Article IX.

The Sponsor from time to time may, but shall have no obligation to, establish procedures with respect to redemption of Units baskets of Shares in (i) lot sizes smaller than the Redemption Basket, (ii) Unit and permitting the Redemption Distribution to be in a form, and delivered in a manner, other than that specified in Section 8.1, and (iii) for redemptions deemed necessary, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, to comply with applicable law, rule, regulation or policy9.1.
