Common use of Other Registrations Clause in Contracts

Other Registrations. During the period (i) beginning on the date of a Request and (ii) ending on the date that is 90 days after the date that a Demand Registration Statement filed pursuant to such Request has been declared effective by the SEC or, if the Holders shall withdraw such Request or such Demand Registration Statement, on the date of such Withdrawn Request or such Withdrawn Registration Statement, the Company shall not, without the consent of the Majority Holders of the Registration, file a registration statement pertaining to any other securities of the Company.

Other Registrations. During the period (i) beginning on the date of a Request and (ii) ending on the date that is 90 days after the date that a Demand Registration Statement filed pursuant to such Request has been declared effective by the SEC or, if the Holders Required Investors of the Registration shall withdraw such Request or such Demand Registration Statement, on the date of such Withdrawn Request or such Withdrawn Registration Statement, the Company shall not, without the consent of the Majority Holders Required Investors of the Registration, file a registration statement pertaining to any other securities of the CompanyCompany (other than a registration relating solely to the sale of securities to participants in a Company employee stock or similar plan on Form S-8).

During the period (i) beginning on the date of a Request and (ii) ending on the date that is 90 ninety (90) calendar days after the date that a Demand Registration Statement filed pursuant to such Request has been declared effective by the SEC or, if the Majority Holders of the Registration shall withdraw such Request or such Demand Registration Statement, on the date of such Withdrawn Request or such Withdrawn Registration Statement, the Company shall not, without the consent of the Majority Holders of the Registration, file a registration statement pertaining to any other securities of the Company.

During the period (i) beginning on the date of a Request and (ii) ending on the date that is 90 60 days after the date that a Demand Registration Statement pertaining to an Underwritten Offering filed pursuant to such Request has been declared effective by the SEC or, if the Holders shall withdraw such Request or such Demand Registration Statement, on the date of such Withdrawn Request or such Withdrawn Registration StatementSEC, the Company shall not, without the consent of the Majority Holders Stockholders of the Registration, file a registration statement pertaining to the Common Shares (other than a registration on Form S-8 or Form S-4 or any other securities of the Companysuccessor form to such forms).

Other Registrations. During the period (i) beginning on the date of a Request and (ii) ending on the date that is 90 days after the date that a Demand Registration Statement filed pursuant to such Request has been declared effective by the SEC or, if the Holders shall withdraw such Request or such Demand Registration Statement, on the date of such Withdrawn Request or such Withdrawn Registration Statement, the Company shall not, without the consent of the Majority Holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities requested to be included in such Demand Registration, file a registration statement pertaining to any other securities of the Company.

During the period (i) beginning on the date of a Request and (ii) ending on the date that is 90 60 days after the date that a Demand Registration Statement filed pursuant to such Request has been declared effective by the SEC or, if the Holders shall withdraw such Request or such Demand Registration Statement, on the date of such Withdrawn Request or such Withdrawn Registration Statement, the Company shall not, without the consent of the Majority Holders of the Registration, file a registration statement pertaining to any other securities of the Company.

During the period (i) beginning on the date of a Request request for a Demand Registration and (ii) ending on the date that is 90 ninety (90) days after the date that a Demand Registration Statement filed pursuant to such Request request has been declared effective by the SEC or, if the Holders shall withdraw such Request request or such Demand Registration Statement, on the date of such Withdrawn Request or such Withdrawn Registration StatementDemand Registration, the Company shall not, without the consent of the Holders representing a Majority Holders of the RegistrationRegistrable Securities, file a registration statement pertaining to any other securities of the Company.

Other Registrations. During the period (i) beginning on the date of a Request and (ii) ending on the date that is 90 days after the date that a Demand Registration Statement filed pursuant to such Request has been declared effective by the SEC or, if the Holders shall withdraw such Request or such Demand Registration Statement, on the date of such Withdrawn Request or such Withdrawn Registration Statement, the Company shall not, without the consent of the Majority Holders of the Registration, file a registration statement pertaining to any other securities of the Company.
