Common use of Other Registrations Clause in Contracts

Other Registrations. If the Company has previously filed a registration statement with respect to Registrable Securities pursuant to Article I or pursuant to this Article II, and if such previous registration has not been withdrawn or abandoned, the Company will not file or cause to be effected any other registration of any of its equity securities or securities convertible or exchangeable into or exercisable for its equity securities under the Securities Act (except on Form S-8 or any successor form), whether on its own behalf or at the request of any holder or holders of such securities, until a period of at least six months has elapsed from the effective date of such previous registration except with respect to any Demand Registration that is made during such six-month period that includes Registrable Shares that the holders thereof requested to be included in any Piggyback Registration.

If the Company Corporation has previously filed a registration statement with respect to Registrable Securities pursuant to Article I Section 2 or pursuant to this Article IISection 3, and if such previous registration has not been withdrawn or abandoned, the Company Corporation will not file or cause to be effected any other registration of any of its equity securities Equity Securities or securities convertible or exchangeable into or exercisable for its equity securities Equity Securities under the Securities Act (except on Form Forms S-4 or S-8 or any similar or successor formforms), whether on its own behalf or at the request of any holder or holders of such securities, until a period of at least six (6) months has elapsed from the effective date of such previous registration except with respect to any Demand Registration that is made during such six-month period that includes Registrable Shares that registration, unless the holders thereof requested to be included Xxxx Majority Holders otherwise agree in any Piggyback Registrationwriting.

If the Company Holdings has previously filed a registration statement with respect to Registrable Securities pursuant to Article I Section 1, above, or pursuant to this Article IISection 2, and if such previous registration has not been withdrawn or abandoned, the Company Holdings will not file or cause to be effected any other registration of any of its equity securities or securities convertible into or exchangeable into or exercisable for its equity securities under the Securities Act (except on Form S-4 or S-8 or any successor form), whether on its own behalf or at the request of any holder or holders of such securities, until a period of at least six (6) months has elapsed from the effective date of such previous registration except with respect to any Demand Registration that is made during such six-month period that includes Registrable Shares that the holders thereof requested to be included in any Piggyback Registrationregistration.

If the Company has previously filed a registration statement with respect to Registrable Securities pursuant to Article I Section 8 or pursuant to this Article II, Section 9 and if such previous registration has not been withdrawn or abandoned, the Company will not file or cause to be effected any other registration of any of its equity securities or securities convertible or exchangeable into or exercisable for its equity securities under the Securities Act (except on Form S-4 or S-8 or any successor form), whether on its own behalf or at the request of any holder or holders of such securities, until a period of at least six (6) months has elapsed from the effective date of such previous registration except with respect to any Demand Registration that is made during such six-month period that includes Registrable Shares that the holders thereof requested to be included in any Piggyback Registrationregistration.
