Other REIT Transactions. Each condition to the obligation of the parties under the Other REIT Transaction Agreements to complete the transactions thereunder shall be satisfied or waived by such parties and each party under such Other REIT Transaction Agreements shall have confirmed that it stands ready, willing and able to complete the transactions thereunder simultaneously with the Closing.
