Common use of Other Related Actions Clause in Contracts

Other Related Actions. As to any action not referred to in §§ 16.1 or 16.2 that is now pending or hereafter may be filed in any court that asserts any of the Released Claims against Company on behalf of any Class Member who has not timely submitted an Opt-Out request, Representative Plaintiffs, the Signatory Medical Societies and Class Counsel agree that they will cooperate with Company, to the extent reasonably practicable, in Company’s effort to seek relief from the Court or the forum court to obtain the interim stay and dismissal with prejudice of such action as to Company to the extent necessary to effectuate the other provisions of this Agreement.
