Other Relevant Obligations. In addition to, and without limiting, the Purchasers’ obligations under this Article VIII, the Purchasers shall fully comply with any confidentiality obligations of the Seller or any of their Affiliates under the Material Contracts that are applicable to the Confidential Information.
