Other Relief. The availability of specific performance or injunctive relief for the material breach or threatened material breach by Executive of this Agreement shall in no way limit or otherwise affect the availability of other remedies to the Company, including monetary damages, for injuries sustained that specific performance or an injunction will not remedy.
