Other Remedies and Continued Performance Under the Agreement. Nothing in this procedure shall prohibit the Parties from seeking other remedies available to them at law or in equity, including, but not limited to, specific performance. During the course of any proceeding to resolve a Dispute, the Parties shall continue to perform any duties or obligations existing under the Agreement.
