Other Reporting and Information. Within five (5) Business Days of delivery to the Investors, copies of all other financial statements, appraisal reports, a summary of the Investments acquired, sold or otherwise disposed of by the Borrower Parties, notices, and other matters at any time or from time to time prepared by a Fund Borrower and generally distributed to the Investors, including, without limitation, any notice of default, notice of election or exercise of any rights or remedies under the Subscription Agreements or the Constituent Documents of any Borrower Party; and
