Common use of Other Repurchases Clause in Contracts

The Company may, from time to time, at its option (and nothing contained in this Indenture shall limit the Company's right to), repurchase the Securities in open market purchases or negotiated transactions, without any prior notice to any Holders, provided that in exercising its right under this Section 11.7, the Company complies with all applicable federal and state securities laws.
