Other Reserved Rights. Grantor reserves the right to engage in all acts or uses not prohibited by the Restrictions, and which are not inconsistent with the conservation purposes of this grant, the preservation of the Protected Property substantially in its natural condition, and the protection of its environmental systems.
Other Reserved Rights. CANDLE reserves all rights not specifically granted to Agent, including, without limitation, the right to create enhancements and derivative works, and the rights to all its intellectual property rights. CANDLE may keep all revenue generated as a result of such activities, and such revenue will not be subject to this Agreement.
