Other Resignations. In the event the Employee's employment with the Company is terminated (either by the Company or by the Employee), the Employee acknowledges and agrees that he will resign from any and all other positions that the Employee then holds as an employee, officer or director of (a) the Company and (b) the Company's subsidiaries and affiliates.
