Common use of Other Restricted Activities Clause in Contracts

Other Restricted Activities. During Participant’s Service and for two years after the termination of Participant’s Service for any reason whatsoever, Participant shall not engage in any other activity that is inimical, contrary or harmful to the interests of the Company including, but not limited to, (i) conduct related to Participant’s Service for which either criminal or civil penalties against Participant may be sought, (ii) violation of Company policies, including, without limitation, the Company’s xxxxxxx xxxxxxx policy, or (iii) participating in a hostile takeover attempt.
