Common use of Other Review Items Clause in Contracts

Other Review Items. Seller shall, within two (2) business days following the Effective Date, deliver to Purchaser copies of the Leases. To the extent not previously delivered, Seller shall, within two (2) business days following the Effective Date, deliver to Purchaser the items shown on Schedule 3.03 to this Contract, to the extent in Seller’s possession.

Other Review Items. Seller shall, within two (2) business days following the Effective Date, deliver to Purchaser copies a copy of the LeasesGround Lease and Lease. To the extent not previously delivered, Seller shall, within two (2) business days following the Effective Date, deliver to Purchaser the items shown on Schedule 3.03 to this Contract, to the extent in Seller’s possession.

Other Review Items. Seller shall, within two (2) business days following the Effective Date, deliver to Purchaser copies of the Leases. To the extent not previously delivered, Seller shall, within two (2) business days following the Effective Date, deliver to Purchaser the items shown on Schedule 3.03 to this Contract, and such other items that Purchaser reasonably requests, to the extent in Seller’s possessionpossession and applicable to the Property.
