OTHER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS UPON TERMINATION. Upon Termination under this Article 22, for any reason whatsoever, the Parties shall in good faith co-operate with each other on best effort basis implement the Transition Management Plan for smooth transition of the possession and/or control of the Project from the Operator to the Authority or the successor operator, as the case may be.
