Common use of Other Rights Not Affected Clause in Contracts

Other Rights Not Affected. The postponement and subordination provided for in this Agreement is in addition to and not in substitution for or limitation of any other agreement, right or other security by whomsoever given or at any time held by or for the benefit of any of the Senior Creditors in respect of the Senior Indebtedness, and nothing in this Agreement shall limit or prejudice any of the contractual, common law or other rights of the Senior Creditors or the contractual, common law or other priority of the Senior Indebtedness insofar as such rights or priority arises or exists outside of this Agreement.
