Other Rights to Indemnification. Executive's rights of indemnification and advancement of Expenses provided by this Section 2G shall not be deemed exclusive of any other rights to which Executive may now or in the future be entitled under applicable law, the certificate of incorporation, by-laws, agreement, vote of stockholders, or resolution of the Board, or other provisions of this Agreement or any other agreement, or otherwise.
