Common use of Other Rights Unaffected Clause in Contracts

Other Rights Unaffected. Expiration of the Term or termination of this Agreement shall not affect any obligation of either party to make payments to the other hereunder accruing prior to such expiration or termination or in respect to an antecedent breach of this Agreement, and shall not prejudice any other right of either party hereunder including, without limitation, damages for breach and each party agrees to reimburse the other for any reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) incurred by such other party in enforcing its rights hereunder. Except as required by law, no assignee for the benefit of creditors, receiver, liquidator, sequestrator, trustee in bankruptcy, sheriff or any other officer of the court or official charged with taking over custody of Licensee’s assets shall have the right to continue the performance of this Agreement.
