The words "hereof," "herein" and "hereunder" and words of similar import when used in this Agreement shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement. All references herein to articles, sections, annexes, exhibits and schedules shall, unless the context requires a different construction, be deemed to be references to the articles and sections of this Agreement and the annexes, exhibits and schedules attached hereto and made a part hereof.
