Common use of Other Sales Clause in Contracts

Other Sales. Subject to the terms and conditions of Sections 1(a), 4(n) and 4(o), Global Funding and each Issuing Trust reserves the right, to be exercised in their sole discretion, to sell Notes of such Issuing Trust, in compliance with all applicable securities laws, to other investors without the assistance of any Agent.
