Other Schedules. Holidays for all other employees shall be observed on the dates designated by the State.
Other Schedules. The Extra Duty Schedule is as set forth in Appendix F. Summer school shall be paid at the rate in effect when summer school commences.

For an employee who does not work a Monday-through-Friday schedule, the day immediately following the employee’s days off shall be deemed to be a holiday in-lieu-of the day observed, when possible. Upon approval of the department head, an employee who is unable to take an in-lieu holiday during the pay period due to departmental scheduling and coverage issues may bank the holiday hours to use within the fiscal year. An employee who banks a holiday and does not use it within the fiscal year shall be paid for the banked holiday at straight time.
Other Schedules. Effective as of the Amendment Four Effective Date Schedules B, F, G, H, N, and K of the Agreement are replaced by their respective replacements attached hereto and each marked as “(As of Amendment Number Four)”. New Schedules P (Data Privacy Agreement) and Q are incorporated into the Agreement and are attached hereto and marked as “(As of Amendment Number Four)”.
Other Schedules. To the extent that Seller is unable to prepare schedules or updates thereto required under the Asset Purchase Agreement on and after the Closing Date, Purchase shall cause its personnel to perform, on behalf of Seller, Seller's obligations to prepare such schedules or updates.
