Common use of Other Security; Application of Money Clause in Contracts

Other Security; Application of Money. The Credit Union may (a) refrain from enforcing any other security or rights held by or on behalf of the Credit Union in respect of the Obligations, or enforce any other security or rights in any manner and order as it sees fit, and (b) apply any money received from or in respect of the Collateral in any manner and order as it sees fit and change any application of money received in whole or in part from time to time, or refrain from applying any money and hold it in a suspense account.
