Other Security Documents. Concurrently herewith Pledgor is executing and delivering to Secured Party the other Security Documents. All collateral covered by such other Security Documents shall be governed by the terms of such other Security Documents and not by the terms of this Agreement (to the extent that the terms of such other Security Documents conflict with the terms hereof).
