Common use of Other Security Documents Clause in Contracts

Other Security Documents. The Agent shall have received each other Security Document, in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent and the Lenders, duly executed and delivered by the applicable Borrowers and Guarantors, including the Patent Assignment and the Trademark Assignment.
