Common use of Other Security Documents Clause in Contracts

Other Security Documents. The Corporation shall cause this Trust Agreement and any financing statements relating hereto, to be filed, in such manner and at such places as may be required by law to fully protect the security of the Holders of the Series 2020 Bonds and the right, title and interest of the Trustee in and to the Real Property, the Project Facilities and the Trust Estate created by this Trust Agreement or any part thereof. The Corporation will cause the Sub-Base Lease, the Facilities Agreement and any related instruments or documents to be recorded and filed in the manner and in the places which may be required by law in order to preserve and protect fully the security of the Holders and the rights of the Trustee hereunder. The Corporation shall execute or cause to be executed any and all further instruments necessary for such protection of the interests of the Holders of the Series 2020 Bonds and necessary to perfect and preserve the Trust Estate created by this Trust Agreement or any part thereof until the principal of and interest of the Series 2020 Bonds issued hereunder shall have been paid. The Trustee shall execute or join in the execution of any such further or additional instrument and file or join in the filing thereof at such time or times and in such place or places as may be requested by the Corporation to perfect and to preserve the Trust Estate created by this Trust Agreement or any part thereof until the Series 2020 Bonds shall have been paid or discharged in the manner hereinafter provided.

The Corporation shall cause this Trust Agreement (or an assignment agreement of the Corporation in favor of the Trustee, in lieu hereof) and any financing statements relating hereto, to be filed, in such manner and at such places as may be required by law fully to fully protect the security of the Holders of the Series 2020 Bonds and the right, title and interest of the Trustee in and to the Real PropertyFacilities, the Project Facilities 2017 Real Property and the Trust Estate created by this Trust Agreement or any part thereof. The Corporation will cause the Sub-Base Lease, the Facilities Purchase and Use Agreement and any related instruments or documents documents, to be recorded and filed in the manner and in the places which may be required by law in order to preserve and protect fully the security of the Holders and the rights of the Trustee hereunder. The Corporation shall execute or cause to be executed any and all further instruments as may be necessary for such protection of the interests of the Holders of the Series 2020 Bonds and necessary to perfect and preserve the Trust Estate created by this Trust Agreement or any part thereof until the principal of and interest of the Series 2020 Bonds issued hereunder shall have been paid. The Trustee shall execute or join in the execution of any such further or additional instrument and file or join in the filing thereof at such time or times and in such place or places as may be requested by the Corporation in writing to perfect and to preserve the Trust Estate created by this Trust Agreement or any part thereof until the Series 2020 Bonds shall have been paid or discharged in the manner hereinafter provided.

The Corporation shall execute or cause to be executed any and all further instruments necessary for such protection of the interests of the Holders of the Series 2020 2015 Bonds and necessary to perfect and preserve the Trust Estate created by this Trust Agreement or any part thereof until the principal of and interest of the Series 2020 2015 Bonds issued hereunder shall have been paid. The Trustee shall execute or join in the execution of any such further or additional instrument and file or join in the filing thereof at such time or times and in such place or places as may be requested by the Corporation to perfect and to preserve the Trust Estate created by this Trust Agreement or any part thereof until the Series 2020 2015 Bonds shall have been paid or discharged in the manner hereinafter provided.
